CORE MS Athletics Refund Policy
Purpose: This policy outlines the conditions under which CORE MS Athletics may issue refunds for registration fees related to events, tournaments, and athletic activities. The intent is to ensure consistent and transparent handling of cancellations.
•1. General Policy
- CORE MS Athletics does **not** offer refunds for participant withdrawals, schedule conflicts, injury, weather delays, or any other personal circumstances.
- Refunds are only provided if an event is officially canceled by CORE MS Athletics.
•2. Event Cancellation by CORE MS Athletics
- If CORE MS Athletics cancels an event in its entirety without rescheduling, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
- If the event is rescheduled, all registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling notice.
•3. Method of Refund
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10–14 business days following the official cancellation notice.
- Registration fees paid through third-party vendors or platforms will be refunded according to that vendor’s processing terms.
•4. Non-Refundable Items
- Processing fees, credit card convenience fees, and optional add-ons (such as apparel, meals, or donations) are non-refundable, even in the case of event cancellation.
•5. Communication of Cancellations
- All official event cancellations will be communicated via email, the CORE MS Athletics website, and/or official social media channels.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure contact information is up to date in registration records.
•6. Policy Review
- CORE MS Athletics reserves the right to modify this policy as needed. Updates will be posted on the official organization website.
