Hello everyone,
First, I want to thank everyone for attending the 4th Annual Raiders Classic yesterday. I truly appreciate all of the players, parents, and coaches who came out and supported the event.
I also want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience at Laurens Middle School caused by the unexpected leak. This situation was unforeseen and not planned, and I understand it may have impacted some of your games.
At ASC, we always want to do the right thing. Because of that, if your game was impacted in any way and you were unable to play, or if the inconvenience affected your team, I will provide your team with a tournament fee credit toward any future ASC tournament during Spring 2026.
If your team was affected, please reach out so we can make sure you receive your credit.
Again, thank you all for attending and supporting the Raiders Classic. It was a sold-out event, and we truly appreciate your continued support.
We look forward to hosting you again at our upcoming events. Our tournaments through May and June are listed below in this message.

Hello Coaches, just a reminder: this is a one-day tournament, which means most divisions are scheduled for three games. With the exception of the middle school girls division, all divisions are expected to play three games.
If you do not plan on playing your third game, especially if it is a consolation game, please let us know immediately so we can rearrange the schedule for teams who do want to play their third game.
It is unfair to wait until the last minute without notifying us in time.
So again, if you do not plan on participating in your third game, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thank you for attending the Raiders Classic this Saturday.
Please review the following housekeeping items carefully and make sure your parents are aware of all rules and regulations prior to Saturday. I have also attached the event rules to this email, so please take a moment to review them in full.
• Admission is $20 cash only.
• Children ages 10 and under are admitted free.
• Gyms will open at 7:40 AM.
• No one will be allowed to enter before 7:40 AM.
• All players must enter the gym in full uniform or have their uniform with them at entry.
• Rosters must be completed for your team.
• You may email your completed roster in advance or bring a copy with you on Saturday.
• All rosters must be turned in no later than Saturday afternoon.
• Please remember we will be checking rosters.
• A player is only allowed to play on one team per division.
• All players must participate in at least one pool play game before being eligible to compete in championship games.
• Coaches must wear their wristband at all times throughout the weekend.
• If a wristband is torn, altered, cut, or removed, it will not be replaced.
