REGISTRATION: No coaches passes will be issued at any other gym. TEAMS MUST PICK UP THERE PACKAGES AT THE GYM OF FIRST GAME. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE GYM WITHOUT YOUR CREDENTIALS. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER OR PLAY (COACHES MUST INITIAL BY NAME)!!! ROSTER: We will issue pre printed score sheets for your convenience. After the roster is turned in, no additions can be made to the roster. ONLY 12 PER TEAM WITH JERSEY ATTIRE. If jerseys are not accessible in the color, we will try to assist in supplying one that will look convenient during recordings that must be turned back in at the end of each game. 3. GAME BALLS: Home Team provides Game ball. You may bring your own balls to warm up with. 4. SCHEDULE - Schedule will be posted on the Wednesday of the Event. Please do not call about the schedule. We will email you once it is completed. ROSTERS: WE WILL EMAIL A COPY OF THE ROSTER FORM TO COMMITTED TEAMS & SEND SCHEDULE LINK. (Schedule is subject to change) 5. CHAMPIONSHIP Brackets / AWARDS: TBD AWARDS / TROPHIES OR MEDALS (If rings, it will be announced beforehand): AWARDS will be issued for Gold Bracket Champions Only. 6. COACHES: Coachs Attire: Coaches must were either a Coaches shirt with a collar or Team t-shirt with team name on it. Shorts are acceptable. NO FLIP FLOPS. Team must have on team apparel (12). Coaches will be given Two (2) wrist bands at registration . Coaches names must be on the approved roster. GAMETIME: 5 minute grace period will be given. The team that is late will be penalized a point for every minute late. Clock will start and a point for the team until12 points and then game will be forfeited. Clock will be running clock should the game start 5 minutes late. Team may start with four (4) players. Time may be altered at the discussion and discretion of tournament committee and operators. RULES 8th– HS - 12 minute halves - , No One and One on 7 fouls , TWO (2) SHOTS ON 5TH FOUL EACH HALF -  3 time outs per game 6th -7th -10 minute halves - , No One and One on 7 fouls , 3 time outs per game Elementary (1st- 5th) -10 minute halves - Clock, No 1 and 1 on 7 fouls , 3 time outs BLYN rules are in affect GENERAL RULES All Divisions • Teams must provide their own warm up balls. • Home team wears light colored uniforms (top of bracket). • Visitor team wears dark colored uniforms. • Home team sits to the left of scorers table. • Visitor teams sits to the right of scorers table • Each team will warm up on the end opposite its bench. *Home team chooses ball. • Twenty (20) point second half mercy rule AT 2 MINUTES. • One, Two or Three man referee crews. • Players foul out of the game on their 5th foul. • No 1 and 1 foul shots, two (2) foul shots on the 7th foul of each half. • Overtime Rules - All Divisions • Running clock except last Two (2) minute of each half. • Clock stops only on shooting fouls and timeouts within the last 2 minutes. • One (1) timeout in Overtime-timeouts do not carry over into overtime TIEBREAKER RULE All Divisions 1) If two teams are tied, the tiebreaker is decided by head-to- head competition. 2) If more than two teams are tied, the tiebreaker is decided by the point differentials of only the teams involved (15 point cap per game). The highest number receives the higher seed and the second highest will receive the next lower seed, ect. 3) If more than two are tied after using the above tiebreaker formula, the point differential of the teams not involved in the tie are added and recalculated (15 point cap per game). A full set of rules will be posted as we get closer to the start date. GRADE BASED COMPETITION RULES 2ND GRADE – An athlete must be in the 2nd grade or below as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 9 on August 31, 2025. 3RD GRADE – An athlete must be in the 3rd grade or below as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2025 4TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 4th grade or below as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2025 5TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 5th grade or below as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2025 6TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 6th grade or below as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2025 7TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 7th grade or below as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2025 8TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 8th grade or below as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2025 HIGH SCHOOL COMPETITION RULES 15U/9TH GRADE – An athlete can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2024. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 9th Grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2025 16U/10TH GRADE – An athlete can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2024. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 10th Grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2025. 17U/10TH GRADE – An athlete can be no older than 18 on August 31, 2024. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 11th Grade as of October 1, 2024 and can be no older than 18 on August 31, 2025.
