BATTLE IN THE BOOT

Coaches,

Please review the important tournament information below and share it with your parents and players.

Team Fees

• All team fees must be paid in full before your first game. Teams with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to play until payment has been received.

Admission

• $15 per person, per day
• Cashless event – card/mobile payments only
• Children 5 years old and under are FREE

Team Check-In

• All coaches must check in their team upon arrival. Please plan to arrive early enough to complete check-in before your first game.

Coaches Wristbands

• Only 2 coaches per team will receive coaches’ wristbands.
• Coaches must sign in to receive their wristbands.
• Wristbands must be worn on the wrist for entry — NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Once wristbands have been issued, no additional or replacement wristbands will be given.
• Coaches without a wristband will be required to pay the daily admission fee.
• No additional coaches’ wristbands will be issued on Sunday.

Player Eligibility

• All players must be listed on the official team roster to participate in both pool and bracket play.
• Failure to submit a roster will result in a technical foul in your team’s first game.
• Players must be in full team uniform upon entry and listed on the official roster to receive free admission and participate.


Tournament Reminders
• All bags will be checked at the door for safety.
• Players may bring ONE drink into the venue.
• This is a CASHLESS event.
