1. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
I understand and acknowledge that participation in basketball tournaments involves inherent risks of injury. On behalf of my team, I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and release Locked In Sports, its staff, partners, and facility operators from any and all liability for injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event.
2. Medical Authorization
I certify that all participating players on my team are physically fit for athletic activity and have been cleared by a licensed medical professional. In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize tournament staff to seek medical treatment for any team participant if I am not immediately available.
3. Code of Conduct
All coaches, players, and spectators associated with my team are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the event. This includes but is not limited to:
Respecting referees, staff, opponents, and facility rules
Refraining from abusive language, taunting, or unsportsmanlike behavior
Ensuring spectators affiliated with the team behave appropriately
4. No Fighting Clause
Fighting or physical altercations of any kind by players, coaches, or spectators will result in immediate ejection from the event and potential removal of the entire team from the tournament without refund. Locked In Sports has a zero-tolerance policy for violence or aggressive behavior.
5. Media Release
By participating in the event, I grant Locked In Sports permission to photograph, record, and use images or video of my team for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms.
