Join the NEO Premier Fall Basketball League! Compete on Sundays only in a professionally organized youth league for 4th–12th grade teams. Every team is guaranteed 8+ games, with all contests officiated by certified OHSAA officials. A great opportunity to develop, compete, and prepare for the upcoming season!

Get your team ready for the upcoming basketball season in one of Northeast Ohio's premier fall leagues! The NEO Premier Fall Basketball League provides a competitive, well-organized environment for boys and girls teams in 4th through 12th grade.

OHSAA Compliance (Grades 8–12)
In accordance with OHSAA regulations, teams in 8th grade and above may have no more than three (3) players from the same school team on their roster. Coaches are responsible for ensuring their roster complies with all applicable OHSAA bylaws.
