🏀 Coaches and Spectators Information
Coaches Check-In
All coaches must check in at the gym where their first game is scheduled. If you attempt to check in at another facility, you will not receive a band.
No band = no entry.
Facility doors open at 7:45 AM on Saturday. Please share this with your parents and players.
Each team will receive two coach bands only. If a band is lost or removed, no replacements will be issued.
Players must either wear their full uniform (jersey + shorts) or have it in hand when entering the gym.
No uniform = no entry. Coaches, please make sure your players are prepared.

🚨 Zero Tolerance Policy & Spectator Guidelines
Score Table: Fans may not approach or speak to the scorekeepers. All concerns must be communicated by a coach to the tournament directors. Harassment of scorekeepers = automatic ejection.
Spectator Conduct: No arguing with officials, other spectators, coaches, or players. Violators will be ejected immediately and banned for the remainder of the tournament. No refunds.
Spectator Bands: If you lose or remove your band, you will be required to pay again for entry.
No band = no entry.
Parent/Spectator Ejection: If a parent/spectator is ejected, their child becomes ineligible to play for the rest of the weekend.
Final Authority: The Event Director/Event Management has the final say on all rules and decisions. They may override policies to ensure fairness, safety, and time management.

🏀 Amateur Sports Club – No-Fighting Policy
Purpose:
The Amateur Sports Club (ASC) is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and competitive environment for all players, coaches, officials, and spectators. Fighting or physical altercations will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Policy:
Zero Tolerance: Any player, coach, or spectator involved in a fight will be immediately ejected from the tournament.
Law Enforcement: Police will be contacted and encouraged to press charges against anyone involved in fighting.
Team Consequences:
-The game will end immediately at the moment of the fight.
-Teams involved will forfeit the game, which will count as a double loss.
-Any second altercation by a team will result in removal from the tournament without a refund.
Authority: The Tournament Director reserves the right to review all situations individually and make final decisions.
Expectations:
-Maintain composure at all times, even in intense situations.
-Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their players and spectators.
-Respect officials’ decisions and avoid confrontations.
Reminder:
The ASC tournament is about skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Fighting jeopardizes everyone’s experience and will not be tolerated.
