Boys and Girls Divisions
Age/Grade Eligibility
SES divisions are based primarily on grade and secondarily on age.
Example: 8th Grade = 14U. All current 8th graders are eligible. A 9th grader may also play in the 8th Grade/14U division if they do not turn 15 before August 1 following the school year.
Divisions may be combined when necessary based on the number of teams registered.
SES Basketball is designed to promote player development, competitive games, and appropriate challenges for each team. Coaches are strongly encouraged to play in the division above when their team is capable of competing successfully at that level.
Players may always play up in an older division.
