By registering for or participating in the Southern Idaho Fall League (“the League”), all teams, coaches, players, parents/guardians, and spectators (“Participants”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. **Eligibility**
* Participation is limited to high school athletes entering grades 9–12.
* Players must be currently enrolled in high school and meet eligibility criteria as determined by the league
* No player may compete on more than one team

2. **Registration & Fees**
* Registration must be completed through the Exposure Events platform.
* Payment must be made in full by the registration deadline via Exposure or by check

3. **Code of Conduct**
* All participants must adhere to the League’s Code of Conduct, including respect for officials, opponents, and staff.
* Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their team, including players and affiliated spectators.
* Verbal or physical abuse, taunting, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the venue and/or suspension from the league.

4. **Game Rules**
* Game format, timing, and rules will be provided in the official League Rules Document

5. **Waivers & Liability**
* All players must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating.
* The League, its organizers, venues, and staff are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or accidents that occur during league play.
* Participation is at the player’s own risk.

6. **Team Roster**
* Final rosters must be submitted before the first game. Any roster changes may be submitted prior to week 3 and must be approved by League staff.
* Players must be listed on the roster to be eligible to participate.
* Teams found using ineligible players may forfeit games or be removed from the League.

7. **Uniforms & Equipment**
* Teams must provide their own uniforms with visible numbers.

8. **Scheduling & Cancellations**
* Games will be scheduled in advance and communicated via the Exposure platform.
* Teams are expected to attend all scheduled games. No-shows will result in forfeits and potential removal from league.

9. **Media & Promotion**
* By participating, players and coaches grant permission for the League to use photos, videos, and team names for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

10. **Disciplinary Actions**
* The League reserves the right to remove or suspend any player, coach, or team for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
* All decisions by League officials are final.

11. **Acceptance**
* Submission of team registration confirms that all Participants have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
