The Make it Rain 8 Tournament Schedule will be posted on the Exposure App by Tuesday of tournament week (April 22nd), I will send a preview to coaches on Monday afternoon and will need to hear from you no later than 9PM if you have any critical change requests.
11th grade will play on Friday, April 25th since they are NCAA Certified and limited to 2 games per day. (4 game guarantee)
8th grade will be 3 game minimum

o If you have never attended an NCAA Certified Event, please begin preparing now by reading the links below. The coaches training & background checks through USA Basketball usually takes the longest, so please start that now.
o Coaches License Requirements: (applies to teams competing in the high school 9th – 12th grade divisions) All individuals who are involved in coaching activities at a NCAA certified event must renew their USA Basketball Coach License and be approved by the NCAA prior to participation in the event. This must be completed in order to sit on a bench at any NCAA certified event.

• Starting March 1st, begin working on putting together your ROSTER on the NCAA BBCS – this takes time – don’t procrastinate – since this is the FIRST NCAA Event, once you do all of this, you will have it done for the May & July LIVE events and you just have to do some minor updates then!
o This event is planning to be a NCAA certified event (this applies to teams competing in the high school 9th – 12th grade divisions) -
o All teams participating at an NCAA certified event (9th to 11th grade divisions for MAKE IT RAIN 8) must register online on the NCAA BBCS prior to reporting to participate in the event.
o Failure to register and submit all required information will result in a team being denied participation in all NCAA certified events. Coaches are expected to keep their online rosters updated.
