Due to an issue with the printing company, our coach's/player's badges are still in the process of being reprinted. They will be completed at the latest by end of day today or first thing in the morning We really appreciate your patience as we work out the kinks in this new process and offer an apologily for any inconvenience this has caused during the check-in process. This printing issue has no affect of our staff's ability to access NSID badges! Thank you!

We had an issue with some of the badges this morning, so some of you will not have them for the 8am Games. The ones that do not have them for your 8am game, will have them either by the end of your game or before your next game.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we will fix the issue. In the meantime, the gyms have been notified to let you proceed with your 8am games.

We have a zero tolerance for poor behavior!
Traffic might be heavy, please give yourself plenty of time for travel. If your team is not on time, we will unfortunately we will have to forfeit your game. Our gyms are full all day!
All Coaches must have a badge. All Players must have a badge. If a player does not have a NSID badge, they will not be allowed to play.
Gyms will not open until 730AM.

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released shortly. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
We are organizing 140+ teams across 11 courts and have worked hard to accommodate as many of the 45+ special requests as possible. While we aimed to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.

Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email and text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.

Team Check-In & Badges
Location: Check-in will take place at the gym where your first game is scheduled.
ID & Badge Pickup: Coaches will need to present ID to collect both their own and their players’ badges.
Badge Responsibility: You are responsible for your team’s badges for the entire season.

Replacement Costs:

Coach’s badge: $40
Player’s badge: $25
We recommend that coaches distribute badges to players before the tournament and collect them afterward to avoid loss.
Badge Requirement:

Coaches must wear their badges at all times.
Players must show their badges to a designated tournament staff member before every game.
Teams without the required badges will not be allowed to play or coach.
One-Time Check-In: Once you have your badges, you will not need to check in again for the remainder of the season.
Behavior & Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor conduct or inappropriate behavior. This applies to players, coaches, and spectators.

Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event without hesitation.
Please support your team with positive sportsmanship and set a good example for the young athletes.
Bag Checks
For everyone’s safety, all bags (players, coaches, and spectators) are subject to inspection.

Weekend Pass: $40
Daily Pass:

Saturday: $30
Sunday: $25
Kids 11 and under: Free

Good Afternoon

Just a reminder that a National Sports ID is mandatory for participation in our events. Without a National Sports ID, players will not be eligible to compete. National Sports ID is used for age verification purposes.

New this year: The Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and all players will receive National Sports ID badges, which will be valid for the entire season. Coaches will not be permitted on the bench without their National Sports ID badge, and players must always have their badges accessible during events. Player badges will be checked before every game. If a coach or player loses their badge, they must purchase a replacement.

Once a team has received their badges, they will not need to check in for the remainder of the season. That's right — after the initial check-in and receipt of badges, teams will not have to check in again for the rest of the season.

We will begin pulling teams off the waiting list and replacing non payments, tomorrow. We have already pulled a few teams off the waiting list.
