2. Gate is CASH ONLY - NO CARDS!!
3. You must print your NSID and show it to our staff before every Game!
4. Zero Tolerance on poor behavior!
5. Be on time, or prepare to forfeit your game(s)

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released shortly. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
While we aimed to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.

We are still working on adding another gym, so we can add teams from the waiting list. So if we do add a gym, the schedule may change a little.
Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email or text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.

Team Check-In

Location: Check-in will take place at the gym where your first game is scheduled.

Important Reminder:
All teams must complete their National Sports ID registration. Failure to do so will result in forfeited games and ineligibility to participate in the tournament.

National Sports ID Requirements:

You must print out your National Sports ID roster.
Before EACH game, a staff member will verify your roster.
Only players listed on the National Sports ID roster and matching its details will be allowed to play.
Please ensure all requirements are met to avoid any issues on game day.

Behavior & Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor conduct or inappropriate behavior. This applies to players, coaches, and spectators.

Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event without hesitation.
Please support your team with positive sportsmanship and set a good example for the young athletes.

Bag Checks
For everyone’s safety, all bags (players, coaches, and spectators) are subject to inspection.

Admission Prices
Weekend Pass: $40
Daily Pass:

Saturday: $30
Sunday: $25
Kids 11 and under: Free

If you have a legitimate schedule request, please send it to schrequests.panhandlebasketball@gmail.com by 4 PM today. Be sure to include your team name and tournament name in the email.

Reminder: National Sports ID is REQUIRED! If you do not have it this weekend, you will not be allowed to play, and no refunds will be issued. If you think you can show up without National Sports ID and still be allowed to participate, you are mistaken.

If you do not wish to obtain a National Sports ID, let us know by 2pm today for a full refund, and we will replace your team with one from the waiting list.

The team list has been released—if your team is on it, you are officially in the tournament. If you were pulled from the waiting list but have not yet made a payment, you have until 12 PM today to do so. Otherwise, we will replace your team with one of the 33 teams still waiting for a spot.

The schedule will be released late tonight or early Thursday.

Just to clarify, No ONE has been added from the waiting list yet. Emails/Text go out to everyone. If, when you registered you were on the waiting list, you are still on the waiting list. Once we get to 1PM and go through payments, we may be able to add start adding tems then. Also we are trying to add gyms, if we get a confirmation on any gyms we will let you know and will be able to add teams that way as well.
