Here a couple reminders for the tournament:

1. Cash Only at the door, please let your parents know!
2. You must have your National Sports ID roster printed off and show it to our staff before every game. Failure to do so and or not having a player on a roster will result in a forfeit.
3. We have a zero tolerance on poor behavior or poor sportsmanship, from anyone!
4. Gyms will NOT open, until 30 mins before the 1st game in that gym!
5.. Be on time!

The schedule has officially been released! We worked extremely hard to accommodate all the requests we received. While we did our best to honor each one, please note that some adjustments may be slightly different from what was originally requested.
Please do not call or text us about the schedule being slightly different from what you requested.

We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we balanced a large number of moving pieces to make this happen.

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released by 10AM. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
We are finializing schedule request.
While we aim to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.


Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email or text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.

Team Check-In

Location: Check-in will take place at the gym where your first game is scheduled.

Important Reminder:
All teams must complete their National Sports ID registration. Failure to do so will result in forfeited games and ineligibility to participate in the tournament.

National Sports ID Requirements:

You must print out your National Sports ID roster.
Before EACH game, a staff member will verify your roster.
Only players listed on the National Sports ID roster and matching its details will be allowed to play. Only coaches listed on National Sports ID will be allowed on the bench.
Please ensure all requirements are met to avoid any issues on game day.

Behavior & Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor conduct or inappropriate behavior. This applies to players, coaches, and spectators.

Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event without hesitation.
Please support your team with positive sportsmanship and set a good example for the young athletes.

Bag Checks
For everyone’s safety, all bags (players, coaches, and spectators) are subject to inspection.

Admission Prices
Weekend Pass: $40
Daily Pass:

Saturday: $30
Sunday: $25
Kids 11 and under: Free

If you have a legitimate schedule request, please send it to schrequests.panhandlebasketball@gmail.com by 6 PM Monday. Be sure to include your team name and tournament name in the email.

Reminder: National Sports ID is REQUIRED! If you do not have it this weekend, you will not be allowed to play, and no refunds will be issued. If you think you can show up without National Sports ID and still be allowed to participate, you are mistaken.

If you do not wish to obtain a National Sports ID, let us know for a full refund(No refund on or after Tuesday), and we will replace your team with one from the waiting list.

We have teams on the waiting list.
If you have not made payment, you must do so tomorrow before 5pm. At 6pm we will start dropping teams for non- payment. If you HAVE made payment, this does not apply to you!
