If you play at Gulf Shores Sportsplex, the are limited on their seating. This is their 1st event(Grand Opening) of the complex, so they are unsure if they will have enough seating. We tried to rent chairs, but all the rental companies were sold out this weekend. For those of you that can, you might want to bring an extra chair just in case. Must have rubber on the bottom.

Here a couple reminders for the tournament:

1. Cash Only at the door, please let your parents know!
2. You must have your National Sports ID roster printed off( Or Nationald Sports ID Badges) and show it to our staff( Clock Keeper) before every game. Failure to do so and or not having a player on a roster will result in a forfeit. For NON- National Sports ID team, you must check in at Foley High High school
3. We have a zero tolerance on poor behavior or poor sportsmanship, from anyone!
4. Gyms will NOT open, until 30 mins before the 1st game in that gym!
5. Be on time!

Please review the following important event details carefully:


🗓 Schedule
Any changes will be communicated via “Schedule Change Alert” through both email and text.
It is your responsibility to check and confirm the most up-to-date game times.

📣 Brackets will be released this evening.


✅ Team Check-In – Please Read Carefully
(If you have questions, call us. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.)

National Sports ID Verified Teams:
Print your National Sports ID roster and present it at the gate for the head coach.
Show the same roster to the clock worker before EVERY game.
If your team has official NSID badges, you may wear those instead of printing the roster.
🔁 All teams MUST have their NSID documentation printed or wear badges.
Teams WITHOUT Completed NSID:
Some teams have started but not completed their National Sports ID process.
As a one-time courtesy, we will allow check-in with the following:

Birth certificates AND report cards for ALL players
All players must check in together, no later than 1 hour prior to your first game
(We recommend 1.5 hours prior to ensure no delays.)
⛔ If your team is late to check-in or your game, you will have to forfeit.
You will receive temporary roster badges valid for this event only.


📍 Team Check-In Locations:
With NSID: Check in at the gym of your first game.
Without NSID: Check in at Foley High School
(Again, this is a one-time courtesy.)

🚨 Behavior & Conduct
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior from players, coaches, or spectators.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
Please promote positive sportsmanship and set a strong example for the athletes.

🎒 Bag Checks
All bags—including those of players, coaches, and spectators—are subject to inspection for safety reasons.
