1. Cash Only at the door, please let your parents know!
2. You have 2 options to check in ;
A)National Sports ID roster printed off and show it to our staff before every game. Head coach only at check in.
B)Birth Certificates and report cards, with pictures of your players on a printed roster, all players must attend check in.
Failure to do so and or not having a player on a roster will result in a forfeit.
3. We have a zero tolerance on poor behavior or poor sportsmanship, from anyone!
4. Gyms will NOT open, until 30 mins before the 1st game in that gym!
6.. Be on time!

We have types of Check-ins for this event:
1). If your team has National Sports ID, the head coach only has to check in.
A. If you have your badges, players and coaches need to wear them and have them available for players before every game.
B. If you do NOT have your badges (please check in with administration they may have them ready), you must print out your National Sports ID roster and have it ready to show before each game.

2) If you DO NOT have National Sports ID, you must print out current pictures of all your players with names. You will need to arrive 1hr prior to your 1st game with ALL Players, their birth certificates, report cards and that roster with current pictures. At check in, we will verify every player and mark your roster with the current pictures, certified!

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these two options!

Behavior & Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor conduct or inappropriate behavior. This applies to players, coaches, and spectators.

Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event without hesitation.
Please support your team with positive sportsmanship and set a good example for the young athletes.

Bag Checks
For everyone’s safety, all bags (players, coaches, and spectators) are subject to inspection. We will send out a list of prohibited ites for the convention center, shortly.

Weekend Pass: $40( Weekend pass is the same price on Friday and Saturday)
Daily Pass:
Friday: $20
Saturday: $30
Sunday: $25
Kids 11 and under: Free

I apologize for the late changes, this is not something we do usually, but these were out of our control. 7th and 8th will have their own brackets.

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released before 1pm. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
While we aimed to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.

Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email and text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.
