Here are a few reminders for you to make your experience the best possible!

1. Please plan to arrive early!
2. You must have your weekend or coaches band still on your wrist(not broken) or unfortunately they will have to charge for today's band.
3. Please understand that we have a zero tolerance on poor behavior or poor sportsmanship, from anyone! We want you to enjoy cheering on your team as much as possible. We don't want to remove anyone, but we will. Under NO circumstance approach the scorers table, you will be removed, no questions asked.
4. All bags will be checked.
5. Cash only at the door.

If you are parked in the front of the convention center, thecity of Mobile is planning on towing your vehicle and we want to avoid that. They advise the parking below the convention center or the parking garage across the street.

5.. Be on time! Going through security and bag check will cause a bit of delay. Teams need to arrive at least 1 hr prior to their 1st game.

A. If you have your badges, players and coaches need to wear them and have them available for players before every game.
B. If you do NOT have your badges (please check in with administration they may have them ready), you must print out your National Sports ID roster and have it ready to show before each game.

2) If you DO NOT have National Sports ID, you must print out current pictures( put them all on 1 sheet of paper, no more than 2. Not Individual, but printed like a roster with pictures) of all your players with names. You will need to arrive 1hr prior to your 1st game with ALL Players, their birth certificates, report cards and that roster with current pictures. At check in, we will verify every player and mark your roster with the current pictures, certified!

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these two options!

Failure to do so will result in forfeit(s)!

We will crown over 35 National Champions this weekend!

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released around 12pm today. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
We are organizing 175+ teams across 14 courts and have worked hard to accommodate as many of the 65+ special requests as possible. While we aimed to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.

Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email and text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.

Team Check-In

We have types of Check-ins for this event:

Behavior & Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor conduct or inappropriate behavior. This applies to players, coaches, and spectators.

Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event without hesitation.
Please support your team with positive sportsmanship and set a good example for the young athletes.

Bag Checks
For everyone’s safety, all bags (players, coaches, and spectators) are subject to inspection. We will send out a list of prohibited ites for the convention center, shortly.
