Here a couple reminders for the tournament:

1. Cash Only at the door, please let your parents know!
2. Follow Team Check In rules. They have been sent to you several times!
3. We have a zero tolerance on poor behavior or poor sportsmanship, from anyone!
4. Gyms will NOT open, until 1hr before the 1st game in that gym on Sat and 30 Mins on Sun!
5.. Be on time!
6. You can find all messages sent out on the home page of exposure.
7. Consider Bringing a Chair if you play at Spring Hill College!

Please Read and Follow Directions!

Here are the Venues the will Host " Team Check In"

1) Spring Hill College - If you play your 1st game at Spring Hill College or Murphy High School you will check in at Spring Hill College.

2) St Paul High School - If you play your 1st game at St Paul, you will check in at St Paul High School.

3) Bishop State - If you play your 1st game at Bishop State, you will check in at Bishop State.

4) Blount High School - If you play your 1st game at Blount High School, University of Mobile, or JC Davis, you will check In at Blount High School.

If you show up at any other gym, other than the one that is listed for you, you will be turned away and directed back to your designated venue.

Please Note that seating at Spring Hill College is very very limited. Unfortunately that comes from the college, not us. If you play there, we recomend that you bring a fold chair. They must have rubber on the bottom. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released shortly. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
While we aimed to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.

Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email and text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.

Team Check-In

We have two types of Check-ins for this event:
1). If your team has National Sports ID, the head coach only has to check in.
A. If you have your badges, players and coaches need to wear them and have them available for players before every game.
B. If you do NOT have your badges (please check in with administration they may have them ready), you must print out your National Sports ID roster and have it ready to show before each game.

2) If you DO NOT have National Sports ID, you must print out current pictures of all your players with names. You will need to arrive 1hr prior to your 1st game with ALL Players, their birth certificates, report cards and that roster with current pictures. At check in, we will verify every player and mark your roster with the current pictures, certified!

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these two options!

Failure to do so will result in forfeit(s)!



Behavior & Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor conduct or inappropriate behavior. This applies to players, coaches, and spectators.

Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event without hesitation.
Please support your team with positive sportsmanship and set a good example for the young athletes.

Bag Checks
For everyone’s safety, all bags (players, coaches, and spectators) are subject to inspection.

Admission Prices Cash Only
Weekend Pass: $45( Weekend pass is the same price on Friday and Saturday)
Daily Pass:
Saturday: $35
Sunday: $30
Kids 11 and under: Free

If your team is missing or you see a team that shouldn’t be listed, please contact us immediately. The event is currently sold out.


PAYMENT REMINDER:
If you have not yet submitted payment, please do so now.
(If you have already paid, you can disregard this portion.)

Be sure to include your team name and tournament name in the memo section.

The schedule will be released late Wednesday or early Thursday.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

We have two types of check-in:


1) Teams with National Sports ID (NSID):

Only the head coach needs to check in.
If you have badges, players and coaches must wear them and have them visible before each game.
If you do not have your badges, check in with event administration — they may have them ready.
You must have a printed copy of your NSID roster available to present before each game.

2) Teams without National Sports ID:
You must arrive 1 hour before your first game with:

All players present
Birth certificates for all players
Report cards for all players
A printed roster with player photos (all photos on 1–2 pages; not individual sheets)
We will verify every player and certify your roster on site.


🚫 NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to these procedures.
⚠️ Failure to follow the check-in guidelines will result in forfeits.
