This should really go without saying, however we had two facilities reach out to let us know their bench areas and parking lots were left in a mess. Please help hold your team, spectators and the people around you accountable. Facility Reminder – Please Help Us Keep It Clean. To all teams, coaches, and spectators: Please help us show respect for the facilities by cleaning up after each game. This includes picking up trash on the sidelines, in the stands, and especially making sure nothing is left behind in the parking lot. We’re fortunate to use these great venues, and it’s important that we all take pride in maintaining them. Let’s represent our teams, families, and organizations with class on and off the court. Welcome to the Alabama Gulf Coast Sports Center! We’re excited to have you compete at our premier training and event facility. To help you have the best experience possible during your visit, please review the following facility information and guidelines:

Parking & Entry
Parking is FREE!
Parking is available on both the south and north sides of the building.
Please enter through the South entrance (main facility entrance).
On-Site Cafe: Beach Bumz Coffee Shop
Fuel up or cool down at our on-site cafe, which offers a variety of healthy and delicious options including:



Paninis, wraps, quesadillas, salads
Hot dogs, BBQ sliders, chips, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Fruit cup, sodas, and energy drinks.
Protein shakes & fruit smoothies
Hot or iced coffee, Cold Brew, lattes, and cappuccinos
Enjoy your food inside the cafe or outside on our relaxing patio area between games!

Facility Amenities
Restrooms are located down the hall on the north side of the building.
Other businesses, including a Pilates Studio and Fitness Center, are also on site.
Please do not enter these private training areas.
Facility Rules
No outside food or drink is permitted.
Red sports drinks are not allowed inside the gym.
Only closed-top drinks are permitted in the main gym area.
No team meetings inside the cafe – the cafe is reserved for guests enjoying food and beverages.
Please dispose of all trash properly to help us keep the facility clean for everyone.

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released shortly. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
We are organizing around 140 teams across 11 courts and have worked hard to accommodate as many of the 60+ special requests as possible. While we aimed to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.

Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email and text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.

Team Check-In

We have types of Check-ins for this event:
1). If your team HAS National Sports ID, the head coach only has to check in.
You must print out your National Sports ID roster and have it ready to show before each game.

2) If you DO NOT have National Sports ID, you must print out current pictures of all your players with names. You will need to arrive 1hr prior to your 1st game with ALL Players, their birth certificates, report cards and that roster with current pictures. At check in, we will verify every player and mark your roster with the current pictures, certified!

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these two options!

Failure to do so will result in forfeit(s)!



Behavior & Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for poor conduct or inappropriate behavior. This applies to players, coaches, and spectators.

Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event without hesitation. We have thrown out several teams, players and coaches. We have also banned teams, players and coaches!
Please support your team with positive sportsmanship and set a good example for the young athletes.

Bag Checks
For everyone’s safety, all bags (players, coaches, and spectators) are subject to inspection.

Good Evening Coaches,

It looks like we will need to schedule Friday night games for this event.

To make this happen, we need 24-32 teams to be available to play on Friday evening.
Please note:

This is not a punishment — gate prices for weekend passes are the same whether you play on Friday or Saturday.
We must fit in 12–16 games on Friday to accommodate the full schedule.
Teams that volunteer to play Friday will only have one game on Saturday, and you can even request a preferred game time for that Saturday matchup.
If your team is able to play Friday night, please reply to this email with:
“We can play on Friday” and include your team name.

We will need 24–32 teams to participate on Friday. It's your choice to volunteer — otherwise, we will begin assigning teams as needed.
For those coaching multiple teams, this can really help ease scheduling conflicts, as well as not having many 8AM or 8PM games.

Team Check-In Information

There are two types of check-in for this event:


1) Teams with National Sports ID (NSID):

Only the head coach is required to check in.
You must also have a printed copy of your NSID roster to present before each game.

2) Teams without National Sports ID:

You must print a roster that includes current photos and names of all players (ideally on 1–2 pages, not individual sheets).
Arrive 1 hour prior to your first game with:

All players present
Birth certificates
Report cards
The roster with photos
At check-in, each player will be verified, and your photo roster will be marked as certified.


🚫 No exceptions will be made to these check-in procedures.
⚠️ Failure to comply will result in forfeits.
