808 INDGNS Hui Classic Apache Outcast

Good Morning coaches,
Today is the official team registration and team check-in day for the 808 Hui Classic.
Please make sure you have the following documents ready for your team’s check-in:
• Proof of grade for each athlete
Accepted forms include:
• Current report card
• Student ID showing the athlete’s grade level and the 2025–2026 school year
• Athlete logging into their school portal in front of the registration staff
Team registration/check-in will take place from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Hawaii Convention Center.
To help make parking more affordable and convenient, we recommend parking at Ala Moana Center, which is located approximately 100–200 yards from the convention center. This can help avoid the parking fees at the Hawaii Convention Center.

Attached is a copy of the official roster you can print off and fill out before you get to the Convention Center to speed up your check-in process.

Good evening, Coaches,
Please remind all players, parents, and people within your organization that there will be a strict enforcement policy regarding badges and wristbands for entry into the Hawaii Convention Center for the remainder of the 808 Hui Classic.

All players and coaches must have their official event badge visible in order to enter the facility. All parents and spectators must have their official wristband on at all times for entry.

If a player forgets their badge, a coach forgets their badge, or a parent forgets their wristband, they will be required to pay the daily admission fee and will not be allowed entry into the facility without proper credentials.

Coaches, it is your responsibility to make sure everyone in your organization is informed of these policies before arriving at the venue each day.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue to maintain a smooth and secure event experience for everyone involved.

We want to inform you that the SoCal Pechanga Tribal Championships will unfortunately be canceled this year.

Due to a high number of teams waiting until the last minute to register, along with scheduling conflicts surrounding high school graduation during the same timeframe, we were unable to secure the participation needed to properly host this event at the standard we expect.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely appreciate your interest. For those teams who have made a payment to register for Pechanga, our coordinator will be getting a hold of each head coach by next week May 12th 2026 who is listed on the team registration to send back your full refund.

TRIBE Athletics is committed to bringing this event back, and we will look to secure a new date next year with the goal of making it an official Natty's qualifier once again at Pechanga.
