Hi coaches. Due to the lack of number of teams willing to particpate in each bracket for our fall season, we will not be able to hold a post-season tournament

Coaches, if you play this coming weekend, please confirm your game(s) by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name and divison. To report scores, please visit: https://www.swohiosports.com/leagues and scroll to the bottom of the page to report your score, please do so the day of your game. Only the winning team will need to report the score and all reported scores will be posted throughout the following week

We have had several of you already reach out with scheduling issues and had 3 no shows already. We are pretty accommodating with schedules but there is a point where it becomes hard to schedule when every week we have 4 - 8 teams that can't make their games for one reason or another.

I have attached our reschedule policy. We know some of you put in schedule requests and we tried to honor them. The problem is if you request Saturday games and your opponent requested Sunday games we have to split the difference. We need teams to compromise or you will end up playing the same team 3 - 4 times per session. Please find subs for these games and make them work.

This is still a rough schedule and changes will still need to be made based on any conflicts, and additional teams added. Not all teams are scheduled, or have a complete 10-game schedule. If there is a conflict, please email it to both tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com before Midnight Thursday Night (September 18th). Please keep in mind we have taken into account all conflicts we have recieved. All teams will need to play a game or two on days they had not selected in order to keep teams from playing each other 3 or more times. If you are scheduled to play this coming Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st please confirm you have received your scheduled game(s) by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name, division, and game time. We will be making changes to the rest of the schedule in the next week in order to add the remaining games and help alleviate any conflicts that arise.
