Refund Policy

✅ Full Refund Eligibility A full refund will be issued if: The tournament is cancelled by the event organizer The team withdraws at least 14 days prior to the event start date ⚠️ Partial Refund Eligibility A 50% refund may be issued if: Withdrawal occurs 7–13 days before the tournament ❌ No Refunds No refunds will be provided if: Withdrawal occurs within 7 days of the event A team does not show up for scheduled games Removal due to disciplinary or rule violations 🏀 Liability Waiver GC Sports Network is not responsible for: Injuries sustained during play Lost or stolen personal items Accidents occurring at event facilities Participation is at the individual’s own risk.
