TEAM CHECK-IN
Teams that are National Sports ID certified will check in at the gym where their first game is scheduled.

🚗 ARRIVE EARLY
Please allow extra travel time Saturday morning.

With hundreds of players, coaches, and spectators arriving at the same time, parking lots and entrances can become congested.

We recommend arriving at least 45-60 minutes before your first game.

We do not want to charge anyone twice, but we will have to if the wristband has been removed.

Poor behavior, abusive language, threats, or confrontations will not be tolerated.

Under no circumstances may spectators step onto the playing court or make motions indicating they intend to enter the court.

Violators may be removed from the facility and jeopardize future participation.


👦👧 UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Children remain free at our events because we understand the financial costs associated with travel sports.

However, all children and teenagers must be supervised at all times.

Property damage, disruptive behavior, or unsupervised minors creating issues may result in removal from the facility without refund.

The tournament schedule will be released by 12pm.

As always, we worked extremely hard to accommodate schedule requests for all teams participating in this event. With the large number of teams entered and the high volume of requests submitted, this is a very challenging process.

We were able to honor most requests, however there were a few that we simply could not accommodate. With this many moving parts, gym availability, division formats, coaching conflicts, and scheduling limitations, it was unfortunately impossible to meet every request.

Please understand that every request was reviewed carefully and considered during the scheduling process. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work to create the best overall schedule possible for all teams involved.

Once the schedule is released, please review it carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any major issues.
