General Information
Registrations By E-Transfer
Before initiating online registration, send payments@primetimesportsco.com an email for instructions. Please include the following information: event name & dates, club/team name, age and division (gold, silver, bronze). We will send you instructions on how to complete your registration within 24 hours. Your team is not confirmed into the event until you complete all registration steps provided and payment has been sent.
Division Structure
To ensure a balanced and competitive experience, the tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions or adjust team placements based on strength and skill level. Any requests to move divisions must be received in writing to scheduling@primetimesportsco.com prior to the registration deadline. Moving divisions after the registration deadline will not be possible.
Scheduling Requests
After registration closes, all teams will receive an email regarding scheduling requests. Teams must respond to this email before the scheduling request deadline for their requests to be considered. While we strive to accommodate these requests, please note that not all requests can be guaranteed.
Vancouver Island & Okanagan Travel Teams Scheduling
Vancouver Island and Okanagan teams have the option to begin play on saturday after 12:00 pm to allow sufficient travel time. The latest game time on sunday will be scheduled for 4:40 pm.
Out-Of-Province Travel Teams Scheduling
Teams travelling from out of province should be prepared to play saturday morning, with the latest game on sunday scheduled for a 4:40 pm tip-off. Teams must send their arrival and departure times to scheduling@primetimesportsco.com to assist with scheduling.
General Availability
All teams should be prepared to play throughout the tournament dates. Priority will be given to travel teams when scheduling considerations are made.
Venue Assignments
We make every effort to minimize travel by scheduling teams at the same venue or at locations within a 30-minute drive. However, venues are subject to change based on availability and the number of registered teams.
Registration Confirmation
Teams are not confirmed for the tournament until full payment is received and all registration steps have been completed. For email registration by email transfer, please follow the steps provided above.
Tournament Schedule
Usually released 7 days prior to the start of the tournament on the "Primetime Sports Co" app. please download the app from the app store to stay up to date with the tournament schedule and results.
