2nd Annual Mountain East Youth Championship The 2nd annual tournament takes place at Mylan Park's beautiful new space, the Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center. Located at: 111 Mylan Park Lane Morgantown, WV Tournament Highlights: *All games at ONE location! *3 Game Guarantee *Clock stops every whistle (Last 2 mins of game) *Mercy Rule!
